Job Description
• Oversee overall store operations and ensure daily activities run smoothly.
• Manage store opening, closing and maintain proper security procedures.
• Ensure goods are delivered, received and processed according to company rules.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure orders are placed accurately and on time.
• Work toward achieving store targets set by the company.
• Supervise all store staff, ensuring their appearance, uniforms and customer interaction meet standards.
• Ensure employees follow internal company policies and perform their duties responsibly.
• Review customer feedback, address concerns and take action to resolve complaints.
• Respond quickly to any issues that arise within the store and take appropriate measures.
• Make sure all store operations are carried out in line with company procedures.
• Suggest improvements for store development, product offerings and service quality.
• Monitor compliance with store standards and policies.
• Track product balances and maintain accurate records.
• Analyze assortment performance and sales results.
• Conduct internal inventory checks.
• Engage with customers and support front-line service when needed.
• Hold weekly and monthly staff meetings.
• Maintain documentation and records of all completed work.
Job Requirements
• Education: secondary specialized or higher education.
• Experience: minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Computer skills: MS Excel, MS Outlook, and 1C.
