Job Description
• Provide clear information to guests about Wellness, Spa, and Fitness services and products.
• Guide clients in selecting suitable treatments and explain proper product usage.
• Monitor and ensure proper condition of all Wellness and Spa areas.
• Welcome guests warmly and maintain a high level of professional service.
• Present available services confidently and professionally to customers.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Schedule, manage, and confirm appointments accurately.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
• Ability to communicate in at least one foreign language.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility with good planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
