• Strengthen and further develop collaboration between the school and preschool.
• Actively promote student well-being and a safe, supportive learning environment.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving and modernizing teaching and learning conditions.
Job Requirements
• Teaching qualification or a similar educational background; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
• Interest and proven experience in both educational leadership and administrative or personnel management tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a clear overview.
• Strong skills in building shared responsibility and cooperation with parents, staff, and students.
• Visionary mindset with a practical and action-oriented leadership approach.
• Solid understanding of the Public Education Act and related regulations.
• Familiarity with collective labor agreements applicable to teachers and school staff.
