Job Description

 

 

  • Input and manage salary components in the payroll system.

  • Conduct regular payroll reviews and updates.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with various departments and administrative units regarding payroll matters.

  • Provide support to departments on payroll-related queries.

  • Process payroll accurately and on time.

  • Generate employee ID cards, door access cards, and guest cards

  • Handle advance payments and related transactions.

  • Archive payroll and personnel documents within the system.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the payroll department.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Relevant educational background or equivalent experience.

  • Prior experience or strong interest in payroll processes.

  • Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and take responsibility.

  • Basic accounting knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Open and adaptable to changes and new IT/payroll systems.

  • Comfortable learning and working with new software platforms.
