Provide clear and well-structured explanations when sharing decisions, procedures or suggestions with clients.
Complete assigned tasks within the required response time, ensuring timely replies and smooth service.
Take part in training sessions and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated with company practices.

Job Requirements

 

Comfortable using a computer and able to type quickly and accurately.
Strong ability to communicate ideas in writing in a clear, concise and well-organized manner.
A good sense of empathy and the ability to adapt communication style to different types of clients.
Intermediate Education Required.
