Job Description
• Plan and coordinate daily tasks for the brigade, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Oversee reinforcement work and make sure all tasks meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain safe working conditions and enforce compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
• Provide regular updates to management on work progress and report any issues or delays.
• Read, understand and implement construction plans and technical drawings.
• Carry out installation and preparation of reinforcement elements for different structural types.
• Measure and determine the required building materials for each task.
• Prepare and apply cement mixtures to structural components as needed.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and in good working order.
Job Requirements
• Experience in construction and leading a team.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Knowledge of anchoring techniques and prestressed reinforcement.
• Willingness to travel for extended business trips within the country.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to communicate effectively.
