Job Description
Create and execute the company’s marketing strategy, including collaboration with influencers, partners, and other promotional channels.
Identify key platforms, content formats, and growth directions to maximize impact.
Lead the marketing team by assigning tasks, tracking performance, and supporting professional development.
Oversee the full cycle of influencer and partner campaigns—from research and selection to negotiation, launch, and performance evaluation.
Manage marketing budgets, monitor key metrics such as CPV, CPM, ROI, and engagement, and utilize BI tools for analysis.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with bloggers, agencies, and strategic partners.
Explore and test new channels and innovative approaches to marketing.
Provide clear and regular reports on all marketing activities and outcomes.
Job Requirements
At least 4 years of marketing experience, including leadership roles with responsibility for a team and KPIs.
Solid understanding of influencer marketing and affiliate programs.
Hands-on experience with YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, and other social platforms.
International marketing experience is a plus.
Ability to manage significant budgets and assess campaign effectiveness.
English proficiency at intermediate level or higher.
Strong skills in negotiation, presentations, and overall communication management.
