Job Description

 

 

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on company equipment to ensure smooth operation.

  • Provide timely technical support to users and resolve incidents efficiently.

  • Visit branches regularly to inspect equipment conditions and perform basic fixes when needed.

  • Review, update, and validate information in the sales system.

  • Coordinate with external service providers and follow up until issues are fully resolved.

  • Help maintain data security and protect confidential information.

Job Requirements 

 

  • Degree or ongoing studies in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related area.

  • At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (not essential, but preferred).

  • Understanding of ERP and CRM platforms.

  • Availability to assist users both on-site and remotely, including weekends or holidays when required.
