Job Description

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on company equipment to ensure smooth operation.

Provide timely technical support to users and resolve incidents efficiently.

Visit branches regularly to inspect equipment conditions and perform basic fixes when needed.

Review, update, and validate information in the sales system.

Coordinate with external service providers and follow up until issues are fully resolved.

Help maintain data security and protect confidential information.
Job RequirementsÂ

Degree or ongoing studies in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related area.

At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (not essential, but preferred).

Understanding of ERP and CRM platforms.

Availability to assist users both on-site and remotely, including weekends or holidays when required.
