Job Description
- Provide advice, services and answer questions related to the company’s internal systems, including Applications and via telephone and online channels.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and assist with the use of internal company systems, including various support equipment, to ensure smooth operations.
- Record, summarize, and follow up on reported issues until they are closed or resolved.
- Study and understand the system’s work processes and workflows to support staff effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Computer, Information Technology, or related field.
- Have 1-5 years of experience working in Helpdesk or IT Support.
- Able to resolve internal system issues and provide support to users.
