Job Description

 

 

• Communicate with customers via email and phone to answer inquiries, provide guidance, and resolve issues.
• Handle operational situations related to shipments, discrepancies, and logistics matters.
• Enter, update, and correct data in internal systems and prepare reports using Excel.
• Analyze customer data and track key performance indicators to support decision-making.
• Work closely with internal teams to achieve shared goals and improve workflows.
• Support sales activities and contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

• Ability to plan and organize work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibility with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and suggest effective solutions.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and quick problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or data analysis is an advantage.
