Job Description
• Offer courteous and efficient assistance to patients both in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate medical appointments, follow-up visits and diagnostic procedures.
• Manage specialists’ schedules and ensure patient attendance is confirmed.
Documentation and Administrative Tasks:
• Receive, organize and file medical and administrative documents.
• Prepare reports, memos and other necessary paperwork.
• Handle the clinic’s internal and external correspondence.
Management Support:
• Arrange meetings and follow up on agreed tasks.
• Oversee small purchases, manage supplies and support day-to-day administrative logistics.
Billing and Collection Assistance:
• Prepare invoices, receipts and manage payments from patients and insurance companies.
• Support petty cash handling and minor payments according to clinic policies.
Job Requirements
• Education: Technical or university studies in administration, secretarial work, administrative nursing or a related area.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a similar administrative role, preferably within clinics or hospitals.
• Skills: Good command of Microsoft Office, strong customer service abilities and confident document writing skills.
