Job Description
• Design renovation and conversion projects, from initial concept to execution, including preparation of all required project documentation.
• Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout the design and construction phases.
• Prepare cost calculations, including fixed-price offers and estimated budgets.
• Supervise construction projects on-site, ensuring work is completed according to plans, quality standards, and timelines.
• Act as a technical advisor to clients during project execution and after completion.
• Support operations teams with technical advice related to maintenance activities and operational challenges.
• Make technical decisions within approved financial frameworks and project scopes.
• Review technical documentation and projects prepared by third parties.
• Prepare, update, and maintain technical procedures, manuals, and internal guidelines.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, including reporting and technical briefings.
• Contribute actively to cross-department collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements
• Background in construction, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in construction projects or construction management is preferred.
• Knowledge of fire safety regulations and foundation systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with multiple construction disciplines is considered a plus.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and AutoCAD.
• Valid driving license for passenger vehicles.
