• Greet visitors and guide them within the business center in a professional manner.
• Provide clear and accurate information about business center services and facilities.
• Manage the rental process of offices and common areas, including contract preparation and administration.
• Support tenants with daily requests and ensure their needs are addressed on time.
• Oversee the condition and maintenance of business center premises through regular inspections and defect reporting.
• Supervise cleaning service staff and monitor the quality of their work.
• Administer business center systems such as parking, access control, and internal task distribution.
• Collect customer feedback and ensure proper follow-up on requests or issues.
Job Requirements
• Higher education is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or facility management role is an advantage.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
• Good command of the English language.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks independently.
• High level of responsibility, organization, and initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
