Job Description
• Plan business activities proactively and document results for accountability.
• Visit clients at their workplace when requested to provide efficient and high-quality service.
• Conduct pre-evaluation processes for clients who meet system qualifications.
• Update client information only with proper authorization, including phone numbers, email, and addresses, ensuring all changes are documented in writing or via call recordings.
• Participate responsibly in business campaigns coordinated with commercial relationship executives to maintain strong client relationships within assigned companies.
• Follow up promptly on requests, resolving items in reprocessing or return, and monitor each stage of the process to improve delivery times.
• Communicate with clients regarding the status and progress of their personal credit processes.
Job Requirements
• Completed higher education.
• Previous experience in similar roles.
• Willingness to work primarily in the field (approximately 80% field work and 20% administrative tasks).
