Job Description

 

 

  • Lead and coordinate all sales activities to support business growth and profitability.
  • Build and execute effective B2B commercial strategies that strengthen market presence and generate new opportunities.
  • Guide, motivate, and supervise the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high performance.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, set priorities, and ensure targets are achieved within the expected timelines.
  • Review sales indicators regularly and take corrective actions when needed to improve results.
  • Work closely with management to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate studies relevant to commercial or sales management are preferred.
  • Strong command of MS Excel for analysis and reporting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or commercial roles, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional or multidisciplinary teams.
  • Solid understanding of market analysis, sales KPIs, forecasting methods, and strategic planning.
