Job Description
• Prepare accurate shop drawings in line with project specifications and site conditions.
• Conduct site surveys and take precise measurements for drawings and layouts.
• Develop 3D as-built drawings reflecting actual project execution.
• Ensure all drawings are correct, updated, and compliant with project requirements.
• Monitor and document any design or execution changes during the construction phase.
• Deliver drawings and technical details within agreed timelines.
Job Requirements
• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple revisions efficiently.
