Job Description
• Plan and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supervise distribution center staff, including operators, forklift drivers, and assistants.
• Coordinate delivery routes and work closely with transport providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor physical and system inventories, ensuring accuracy and proper stock rotation.
• Prepare logistics reports such as KPIs, inventory status, and dispatch summaries.
• Identify and implement improvements in logistics and warehouse processes to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal company policies.
• Coordinate with sales and purchasing teams to align deliveries with demand planning.
• Monitor optimal use of warehouse space, transportation, and workforce.
• Handle returns, rejections, and logistics-related claims efficiently.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution operations.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze data and use pivot tables.
• Proven leadership skills with experience supervising operational teams.
• Good organizational abilities and a practical approach to problem-solving.
