Job Description

Assist in the execution of projects within the maintenance departments.

Update and follow up on project timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Support purchasing activities, including sourcing materials and coordinating with suppliers and external consultants.

Maintain accurate records related to operations and procurement.

Support smooth communication and coordination between departments to improve operational efficiency.

Help prepare reports, documentation, and updates for management.

Provide support for urgent or ad-hoc operational tasks as required.
Job Requirements

Relevant education or hands-on experience in administration, operations support, or project coordination.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized approach to work.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in purchasing or supplier coordination will be considered an advantage
