Job Description
• Provide accurate information to passengers in person, by phone, or through email, and guide them on services available at the airport.
• Deliver operational announcements and messages using the airport terminal public address system.
• Offer additional services and sell products in line with existing service agreements.
• Ensure information materials are correctly displayed and updated at terminal information points.
• Prepare regular reports on Visitor Center activities and maintain records of required materials and supplies.
Job Requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills with clear and confident communication.
• Previous experience in customer information or service roles is an advantage.
• Good understanding of customer service standards and professional etiquette.
• Ability to set priorities and respond effectively to customer needs.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to cooperate with colleagues.
• Comfortable using computers and standard MS Office programs (Word, Excel), as well as internet browsers.
