Job Description
- Lead and coordinate all sales activities to support business growth and profitability.
- Build and execute effective B2B commercial strategies that strengthen market presence and generate new opportunities.
- Guide, motivate, and supervise the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high performance.
- Monitor sales pipelines, set priorities, and ensure targets are achieved within the expected timelines.
- Review sales indicators regularly and take corrective actions when needed to improve results.
- Work closely with management to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
- Postgraduate studies relevant to commercial or sales management are preferred.
- Strong command of MS Excel for analysis and reporting.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or commercial roles, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional or multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid understanding of market analysis, sales KPIs, forecasting methods, and strategic planning.
