Job Description
• Plan and optimize product placement across store shelves to maximize visibility and sales.
• Create and update planograms that align with the company’s goals and merchandising strategy.
• Manage product placement in the Rimi placement management system, following category manager guidelines.
• Support store teams by providing clear communication and complete planogram data for smooth implementation.
• Recommend improvements to category managers regarding shelf placement and other factors affecting planogram quality.
• Visit stores to compare actual layouts with planograms and identify areas for correction.
• Participate in planogram development for new store openings and store remodeling projects.
Job Requirements
• Completed or ongoing higher education in economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, purchasing, or category/category management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Proactive, energetic, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
