HEAD VISUAL MERCHANDISING
Job Description
Plan and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with marketing campaigns and brand identity.
Set up window displays, in-store displays, and store ambiances to enhance the customer experience.
Study consumer behavior and suggest visual improvements to increase engagement and sales.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and design teams to maintain both aesthetic appeal and practical functionality.
Ensure visual standards are upheld across all stores and provide training to staff on best display practices.
Job Requirements
Background in graphic design, interior design, marketing, architecture, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within the retail industry.
Experience managing teams and coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Strong creativity, a keen eye for aesthetics, and high attention to detail.
