Welcome customers at the workshop, understand their needs, and record all required work for their vehicles.
Create clear and detailed work orders so technicians have precise instructions.
Keep customers informed with regular updates on vehicle status and expected completion times.
Check completed work to ensure it meets quality standards before returning vehicles to customers.
Achieve set KPIs related to sales and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and track vehicles entering and leaving the workshop.
Recommend additional services and preventive maintenance based on customer requirements.
Handle and resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive industry.
Basic understanding of automotive mechanics to explain repairs clearly to clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to organize multiple tasks efficiently.
Capable of managing conflicts and providing effective solutions.
